Kira Heizer

Kira Heizer is a Partner and Head of Finance for the Outsourced Services Group. She is an experienced CFO with nearly 30 years of experience working with privately owned businesses, including venture capital and private equity-backed startups. She has been a CFO for more than a decade for companies in a variety of industries and business models including consumer packaged goods (CPG), Tech and Marketplace companies. In her role as CFO for startups, Kira’s responsibilities have also included HR, legal, fundraising, investor relations and logistics/operations management.

Kira specializes in providing outsourced accounting, financial analysis, and CFO services for CPG and other inventory-based companies, bringing her extensive expertise to help them navigate the unique financial challenges of the industry. She works closely with CPG clients to streamline financial operations, optimize cash flow management, and enhance profitability through financial analysis, strategic planning, and cost control. Kira supports clients who self-manufacture as well as clients who use co-packers. Her hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (including Shopify and Amazon), inventory management, demand planning, trade spend, SKU margin and channel analysis, as well as complex supply chains allows her to tailor solutions that drive operational efficiency and support sustainable growth. Through her deep understanding of the CPG sector, combined with her comprehensive finance background,  she helps clients scale while maintaining financial discipline.

Kira has a background in Investment Banking (mergers and acquisitions), Private Equity, and Family Offices, as well as strategic planning and finance roles in large multinational firms such as P&G. Kira also spent 5 years in Executive Search recruiting C Suite Operations and Finance executives, so she is well versed in Organizational Structure, Compensation, and Hiring needs for scaling organizations.
