Andy Cuthill is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Consultant within the firm's Outsourced Finance and Accounting Practice Group. With a vast tenure of 30 years in the industry, Andy specializes in delivering outsourced CFO services, focusing on startups in the dynamic Technology, SaaS, eCommerce, and Biotech sectors.

Andy oversees the seamless provision of Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources (HR) services to his clients. Moreover, he guides and advises clients on critical aspects, including legal, operations, and business strategy. As the primary liaison, Andy skillfully engages with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and esteemed Boards of Directors. He also displays a proactive approach to assisting clients with their fundraising endeavors from crafting persuasive pitch decks to evaluating deal terms.

Prior to joining the firm, Andy held a CFO position at a reputable recruiting firm. In this capacity, he managed multifaceted responsibilities encompassing Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), HR, and Legal services. Furthermore, his outstanding professional journey includes a senior Finance role for a prominent multinational technology company as well as CFO positions at other esteemed organizations.
