Jade Reichling is the Managing Director of Client Experience (CX) in the Marketing Group, with nearly 20 years of experience in professional services firms. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving business development, client experience, and growth strategies across Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, Boston, and Miami. Since joining EisnerAmper, Jade has overseen the CX team and overall CX strategy, which is responsible for a client base and market presence that has quadrupled in size.

Jade designs client experience programs, measures satisfaction, and enhances integrated solutions for clients. Leveraging her extensive experience in client development strategies and data analytics, she drives growth and success for EisnerAmper’s clients. The CX team focuses on answering two critical questions: “How do we keep clients happy?” and “How do we create and deliver value to clients?”

Under her leadership, the CX team has achieved an impressive 79.2 Lifetime NPS and EisnerAmper has received ClearlyRated’s “Best of Accounting for Client Satisfaction” Award for seven consecutive years.

Jade excels in full client lifecycle management, including international business development, go-to-market strategies for clients, client experience analytics, and post-merger integration. She is also involved in EisnerAmper’s GenAI Innovation Council.

Before joining EisnerAmper, Jade held key positions at global professional services firms, shaping business development and client relationship strategies across the Americas and Asia.
